The Placentia Chamber of Commerce invites qualified suppliers to submit a price quotation for the supply, delivery, installation, operation, technical support, and removal of audio visual equipment and services for the Placentia Bay Industrial Showcase (PBIS 2026).

Electrical Services

Supply and installation of temporary electrical connections for exhibitor booths, as required.
Coordination of exhibitor electrical requirements prior to the event.
Power distribution, cable management, and removal of all temporary electrical equipment following the event.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable safety standards and venue requirements.

Quotation Requirements

Please include the following in your quotation:

Delivery, installation, testing, operation, and removal of all equipment.
On-site technical support throughout both conference days.
Operation of audio visual equipment during keynote presentations, conference sessions, and breakout sessions.
Any applicable travel, mileage, labour, accommodation, and other associated costs.
Applicable taxes and any additional fees.
Confirmation that all proposed equipment and personnel are available for September 16–17, 2026.
A detailed quotation, including pricing by equipment or service category, where possible.
Include pricing for exhibitor electrical hookups and any associated labour, equipment, or materials.
